Parents and Friends Committee Members Role Description President The President leads the P&F team. The President sets the agenda for the Executive meetings, the General P&F meetings and the AGM. The President represents the P&F at formal school functions - or nominates a representative from the P&F to represent the P&F. The President chairs all meetings. Kylie White Vice President The main role of the Vice President is to assist the President in their duties and fulfil the role when the President is unavailable. Lee Karipidis Secretary The Secretary's main role is to record (distribute and file) the minutes of the Executive meetings, the General P&F meetings and the AGM. Any incoming and outgoing mail is managed by the Secretary. The Secretary also keeps the yearly P&F calendar up to date and makes changes to various documents as required by the P&F. to be advised Assistant Secretary The main role of the Assistant Secretary is to assist the Secretary in their duties and fulfil the role when the Secretary is unavailable. Lisa Green Treasurer The Treasurer's main role is to manage the finances of the P&F. The Treasurer also provides a report on all things financial at the General P&F meetings. The Treasurer also organises for the financial accounts to be audited after the last ordinary P&F meeting of the year so they are ready to be incorporated into The Annual Report to be tabled at the AGM.
